These terms apply when you order printing from Little Print. They’re a plain-English overview — if you have questions about anything specific, please get in touch.
Quotes & pricing
Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Final pricing depends on the specifications confirmed for your job.
Artwork & proofs
You’re responsible for the artwork you supply. We provide a free file check and a digital proof, and we only send your job to print once you’ve approved that proof. We can’t be held responsible for errors (spelling, layout, colour, etc.) in artwork that has been approved.
Colour
Slight colour variation is a normal part of printing. Screens and digital proofs are a guide; we’ll always do our best to match your expectations.
Turnaround & delivery
Turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees, and start once artwork is approved. Specialist finishing, large runs and custom sizes take longer — we’ll confirm timing with you. Dispatch is not the same as delivery; transit time is additional.
Payment
Payment is due on proof approval before your job goes into production, unless we’ve agreed otherwise in writing.
Changes & cancellations
Once a job is in production it may not be possible to change or cancel it. Please contact us as early as possible if anything needs to change.
