Little Print (“we”, “us”) is a printing business based at 25–31 Islington Street, Collingwood VIC 3066. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your choices. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

• Contact details you give us — your name, email, phone and company.
• Job details you send through our enquiry and quote forms, and any artwork files you upload.
• Order and delivery information needed to fulfil your job.
• Basic technical data (e.g. cookies needed for the site to work).

How we use it

We use your information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, produce and deliver your order, process payment, and keep you updated about your job. We don’t sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We only share information with the service providers we use to run our business — for example payment processing (Stripe), website hosting and database (Supabase/Vercel) and email delivery (Resend). Card details are handled directly by our payment processor; we don’t store full card numbers.

Storage & security

We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure and retain it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
