What file format should I send?
PDF is preferred. We also accept AI, PSD, and INDD. Export at 300dpi with 3mm bleed. Not sure? Send what you have — we check every file for free.
What is bleed?
Bleed is the extra 3mm of artwork beyond the trim line. It ensures no white edges when we cut. If your background goes to the edge, you need bleed.
RGB vs CMYK — which do I need?
CMYK is for print, RGB is for screens. Send CMYK for accurate colour. If you can't convert it, don't stress — our artwork check will flag it and we can fix it.
How do I set up a booklet?
Single pages (not spreads), correct finished size, 3mm bleed, exported as one multi-page PDF in reading order. We handle the imposition.
Can I get a proof first?
Yes — every order gets a free digital proof. We run a preflight check and send you a proof to approve. Nothing prints until you say go.
What paper should I choose?
Silk/gloss for photos and vibrant colour. Uncoated for a natural, tactile feel. Each product page describes the stock — or just ask us.
How fast can I get my order?
Most orders are ready in 2–3 business days. Some products offer next-day if you order before 10am. Need it faster? Give us a call.
Can I pick up from your studio?
Yes — 25-31 Islington St, Collingwood. Short walk from RMIT, Melbourne Uni, and the CBD. Free pick-up Mon–Fri, 9:00am–4:30pm.
